Job Summary
Route North Signs is on the hunt for a new team member! This new person may have sign experience or a desire to learn the industry. The position consists of manufacturing and fabricating various types of signs in a precise and timely manner. Working with other team members to complete projects efficiently and troubleshooting any challenges that arise. A creative eye is definitely a bonus.
Responsibilities
- Operate various power tools and hand tools to fabricate and assemble signs according to specifications.
- Perform quality checks on finished products to ensure they meet company standards.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to safety protocols at all times.
- Collaborate with team members to optimize production processes and improve efficiency.
- Install lit box faces, posts, ACP panels, and dimensional signage.
Experience
- Previous experience in the graphics or sign industry is a benefit but not required.
- Familiarity with power tools, hand tools, and sign fabrication processes is desirable.
- Basic vinyl application & signage substrate experience.
- Experience running large-scale printers, plotters, or laminators is a bonus.
This position is open to an experienced sign professional or someone eager to learn and grow in the signage industry. We are a creative workplace with various projects in progress at all times. For the right candidate, this part-time position could easily transition to full-time.
Preferably, candidates should be within 40km of Bracebridge, ON.
Salary based on experience.
