What You’ll Be Doing

• Helping job seekers identify their skills and secure employment

• Sourcing employment opportunities

• Providing outstanding ongoing service to job seekers and employers

• Supporting job seekers through training and services to increase their employment capacity

• Co-creating employment plans tailored to each job seeker

• Building strong relationships with local employers and community partners
