Who We Are:
Established in 1988, we are a reputable boutique garden center, nursery, and garden maintenance company located just outside Port Carling, Muskoka. Our mission is to inspire both seasoned gardeners and aspiring enthusiasts while promoting eco-friendly gardening practices. With 8 greenhouses dedicated to growing annuals, perennials, and vegetables, and outdoor spaces for larger perennials, shrubs, native plants, and trees, we provide a diverse range of plants and services. Throughout the Spring and Summer, we organize workshops on gardening, climate change, sustainability, and seed exchange to engage the community. Our dedicated garden maintenance teams handle all aspects of garden upkeep for our valued customers.

- Garden Maintenance Team Lead
- Garden Maintenance Crew Member
- Nursery Crew Member
Responsibilities:
- Participate in hands-on lawn and garden maintenance, mastering tasks from mowing to
edging, contributing to the creation of pristine green spaces.
- Acquire practical experience in planting, pruning, and nurturing various plant species to
enhance vitality and aesthetic appeal.
- Weed, cultivate, and fertilize gardens to foster healthy and visually pleasing outdoor spaces.
- Collaborate with our skilled team on exciting landscape enhancement projects, putting your
creativity into action.
- Provide exceptional customer service, refining your communication skills and building client
relationships.
Requirements:
- Positive attitude and enthusiasm for landscaping, with a desire to learn and grow in a collaborative setting.
- Punctual
- Passionate about gardening and the environment
- Detail oriented
- Basic knowledge of garden maintenance or a related field.
- Willingness to operate and maintain landscaping equipment under guidance.
- Strong teamwork and communication skills.
