Student Workforce Placement Program

The Bracebridge and Gravenhurst Chambers of Commerce are proud to introduce a new tool to connect local businesses with local talent and drive growth.

When you hire a Canadian post-secondary student for an eligible work-integrated learning placement, a portion of your costs can be reimbursed through the Magnet Student Work Placement Program (SWPP).

Eligible employers can access up to:
$7,500
of wage subsidies for each eligible placement at a rate of 75%.
