Freedom Wellness Muskoka is a safe, welcoming space in the heart of Muskoka designed for holistic health and wellbeing. We offer 1:1 Reiki sessions, Wellness Coaching, Ion Foot Detoxing, Frequency Healing and Yoga — all delivered through our Boutique Yoga Studio and personalised wellness services.

Founded by Melanie (Wellness Practitioner, Life & Wellness Coach, Reiki Master, Ion Detox Specialist and Certified Yoga Instructor) the journey here began from a deep personal healing story. Melanie learned about healthy-lifestyle living, ion detoxing and increased awareness of thoughts, emotions, physical body and total wellbeing.

She took a leap of faith to become a Certified Life Coach at the Jay Shetty School of Life Coaching and now lives her purpose: helping clients heal the mind, Yoga and Reiki to heal the soul, and Ion Detoxing to heal the body. Because true healing requires that we treat Mind, Body and Soul together.
