About Us

I am an established Broker, who has dedicated my entire professional career of over 30 years to the real estate, resort, recreation, and golf course industries in Muskoka. Most recently I was involved with the successful development of the popular golf course and waterfront community on Bigwin Island in Lake of Bays and continues to be involved with the sales and marketing of its new and resale properties.

As a longtime resident, business owner and volunteer in the Bracebridge and Lake of Bays communities, I strongly believe in adding value to the services I provides to my clients, which allow them to deal with the many other issues that may come up when buying a property. Often a real estate transaction includes planning, renovation, construction, and other important issues that are critical to the success of a property sale or purchase. Project management experience with access to a network of professionals, contractors, trades, and other local authorities is invaluable and provides me with a vast amount of knowledge and experience of the local region and the ability to leverage these assets on behalf of my clients.

I also believe it is important to be involved with and give back to your community and for the past 7 years I am proud to have served on the Board of South Muskoka Hospital Foundation and am currently an Executive Director.
